Job Summary
ROLE PURPOSE
Build, configure, release and operate the AIFW platform and Hand Held-specific integrations as a secure, observable and scalable multi-tenant modernization service.
QUALIFICATIONS & LEVEL
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrable experience; relevant cloud, Agile, mobile, security or platform certifications are advantageous.
• Experienced practitioner: independently owns workstreams, reviews peer output and resolves moderately complex delivery issues.
• Strong written and spoken English, collaborative delivery behavior and disciplined handling of customer code, credentials and data.
Key Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Install and configure AIF Assess, AIF Mod, runtime services, Hand Held Native and Customer Native baselines.
• Implement platform integrations, agentic workflows, approved LLM endpoints, SDK ingestion and modernization recipes.
• Maintain repositories, artefact stores, build/test sidecars, Android emulators and CI/CD release pipelines.
• Monitor availability, performance, logs and platform health; troubleshoot defects and support release and Hypercare incidents.
• Apply security baselines, vulnerability remediation, code-quality gates, configuration control and release documentation.
• Contribute reusable blueprints, GenAI cookbooks and automation improvements on the six-week platform cadence.
KEY DELIVERABLES / SUCCESS MEASURES
• Operational AIFW environments; validated connectivity and build/test stack; successful platform releases; current SDK integrations; secure baseline evidence; improved touchless automation and platform reliability.
KEY INTERFACES
• Product/Platform Manager, AI/Engineering Architect, Factory Ops/DevOps, SDK specialists, security teams, Hand Held engineering and migration squads.
