We are seeking an experienced ETL and Data Warehouse Developer to join our offshore team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SSIS, Data Warehousing concepts, SQL/PL-SQL, and hands-on experience with PySpark for large-scale data processing. Experience with Microsoft Fabric is preferred. Knowledge of PowerShell, OS scripting, and AutoSys scheduling tools will be an added advantage.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL workflows using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient data integration and transformation solutions.
Design and implement Data Warehouse solutions following industry best practices, including dimensional modeling and data mart development.
Develop and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and packages.
Build and support data processing pipelines using PySpark for large-scale data transformation.
Work with Microsoft Fabric services for data ingestion, transformation, and analytics.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL jobs and data pipelines to ensure high availability and performance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve data quality and production issues.
Create and maintain technical documentation, data flow diagrams, and operational procedures.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
Support release deployments and production validations.

Strong experience in SSIS Development and ETL Concepts
Strong understanding of Data Warehouse Architecture and Concepts
Advanced proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL
Hands-on experience with PySpark
Experience in performance tuning and optimization of ETL processes
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Experience with Microsoft Fabric
Exposure to cloud-based data platforms and modern data engineering practices

Experience with batch processing and enterprise scheduling tools
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in ETL/Data Warehouse development.
Strong understanding of Data warehousing concepts
Strong knowledge in Multi-dimensional modeling
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and data governance practices.
