Job Summary
Embedded C Software Development
- Strong proficiency in C programming for embedded systems following safety-oriented coding practices.
- Deep understanding of microcontroller architectures (ARM Cortex M/R, AURIX), including memory management, interrupt handling, peripheral integration,
- Good understanding of peripheral interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART/Serial, CAN)
- Extensive experience with RTOS in safety critical applications (FreeRTOS, EmbOS, Zephyr, etc.)
- Advanced debugging skills at the hardware–software interface.
- Familiarity with MISRA C/C++ and proficiency in static code analysis tools (PC Lint, QAC).
- Experience working with Doc-as-Code documentation workflows.
- Exposure to firmware release workflows, including: Git branching strategies Build and versioning processes
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) for firmware builds
- Understanding of agile development methodologies.
- Strong leadership mindset, ownership of deliverables, and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical topics.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) and effective prompt engineering.

- Experience with bootloaders, OTA firmware updates, and secure firmware practices.
- Automotive communication protocols (CAN, CAN-FD, J1939, UDS, XCP, Ethernet)
- Hands-on experience with unit testing (Tessy, Google Test) and structural testing methods.
- Experience with functional safety (e.g., ISO 26262).
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- 3–7+ years of experience in embedded systems development
