Technical Lead

Job Summary

Autosar BSW Development  

Strong experience in AUTOSAR BSW development, including design, development, customization, integration, and debugging of Base Software modules, (not just standard configuration and Integration activities)

  •  
  • Proven experience with any of the AUTOSAR BSW modules such as:
            Communication Stack (COM, PDU Router, CAN Interface, CAN Driver, CAN Transport Protocol)
            Diagnostic Stack (DCM, DEM)
            Memory Stack (NvM, Fee, Ea)
  • Experience with MCAL integration and microcontroller platforms.
  • Solid Understanding of the System Services (ECUM, BswM, OS, Watchdog Manager)
  • Strong proficiency in Embedded C programming.
  • Architecture and Design documentation using frameworks like Rhapsody, Arc42/UML.
  • Automotive communication protocols (CAN, CAN-FD, UDS, XCP, Ethernet)
  • Hardware Schematics, Debuggers, CANoe, CANalyzer, Logic Analyzer, oscilloscope

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or related fields.  
  • 3–7+ years of experience in embedded systems development

Key Responsibilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers both in English.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
