Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SAP BODS Consultant with 3-5 years of experience in ETL development, data migration, and data integration. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in extracting, transforming, and loading data across SAP and non-SAP systems, along with experience in production support, job monitoring, and operational maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL solutions using SAP BODS.
  • Extract and integrate data from SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, legacy systems, flat files, databases, and third-party applications.
  • Develop and optimize data transformation, validation, cleansing, and reconciliation processes.
  • Support data migration and data quality initiatives.
  • Monitor daily ETL jobs, workflows, and production interfaces, ensuring timely completion and data accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot job failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and change activities in line with operational support processes and SLAs.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver data integration requirements and enhancements.
  • Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.

 

Skill Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS).
  • Strong expertise in ETL processes, data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  • Experience working with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, and non-SAP data sources.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data integration concepts.
  • Experience in production support, job scheduling, monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Ability to independently manage operational support activities and handle critical production incidents.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
