Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Polarion Engineer/Consultant with 4-5 years of experience to support Polarion ALM implementation, customization, administration, migration, and ongoing support activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize Polarion ALM based on business and project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain Polarion workflows, forms, reports, templates, and integrations.
  • Provide administration and operational support for Polarion environments.
  • Support ALM migration activities from legacy tools to Polarion.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, configuration, and user issues.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams to gather and implement requirements.
  • Prepare technical documentation and provide user guidance where required.
  • Participate in enhancement, upgrade, and maintenance activities.

Skill Requirements

Hands-on experience in Polarion Configuration and Customization.Strong knowledge of Polarion Administration and user management.Experience in ALM migration, data transformation, and validation activities.Familiarity with requirements management, test management, and traceability concepts.Experience with scripting, reporting, and integrations in Polarion.Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Other Requirements

Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Teamcenter, or other ALM/PLM tools.Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.Experience working with global stakeholders and enterprise-scale implementations.
