SAP FICO Consultant

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with a strong foundation in Finance, hands-on SAP FICO expertise, and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end SAP implementations.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience across key Finance processes and SAP S/4HANA, with the ability to independently lead discussions, workshops, requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation activities.
Required Technical & Functional Skills
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO.
- Minimum 2 years of Finance domain experience, with exposure to areas such as:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- General Finance
- Asset Accounting
- Indirect Tax
- Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR)
- Experience in at least 4+ end-to-end SAP implementations.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP FICO modules.
- Good working knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience with Central Finance (CFIN).
- Ability to independently lead client/stakeholder discussions and workshops.
- Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, solution design, and implementation.
- Experience preparing functional and technical documentation, including:
- Functional Specifications
- User Manuals
- Process Documentation
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Desired / Good-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with intelligent automation/RPA tools such as:
- UiPath
- Blue Prism
- Automation Anywhere
- Experience identifying and implementing automation opportunities within SAP Finance processes.
