Job Summary

Job Summary
Responsible for the configuration, implementation, support, and maintenance of Dimensions/Kronos/UKG workforce management applications. Works with HR, Payroll, IT, and business teams to ensure accurate timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, payroll and workforce-management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Dimensions/Kronos/UKG Workforce Management applications.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into application configurations and technical solutions.
  • Support modules such as Timekeeping, Workforce Scheduler, Attendance, Absence, and Payroll, Accruals, Advance Scheduling
  • Work with HR/Payroll teams to ensure accurate pay rules, schedules, accruals, accrual policies, compliance workflows and timekeeping policies.
  • Create functional documentation.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, system testing, UAT, and production implementation.
  • Monitor system performance and data integrity.
  • Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 application support and resolve incidents within SLA.
  • Coordinate with vendors, including UKG, when technical assistance is required.
  • Perform SQL-based reporting, data extraction
