Job Summary

PROS Junior Implementation Consultant to join our India-based Application Operation team.
The PROS Implementation Consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end technical implementation and configuration of PROS (now part of Conga) Smart Price Management (SPM) and CPQ solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable pricing and quoting solutions that optimize revenue, improve pricing accuracy, and streamline sales processes

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure end-to-end business operations (L3 support) for PROS pricing solutions (incl. PROS CPQ) and related Salesforce pricing processes
• Analyze, process, and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests within the PROS environment
• Develop and deploy PROS CPQ solutions including product configuration, pricing rules and quote generation workflows.
• Support and enhance integration between PROS and Salesforce
• Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions
• Conduct system testing (unit testing, SIT, UAT) and ensure defect resolution.
• Prepare functional and technical specifications and maintain documentation
• Plan and implement change requests, enhancements, and continuous improvements
• Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and quality standards
• Work closely with Salesforce admins and integration teams
• Contribute to system upgrades, migrations, and rollout activities
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting system issues.

Skill Requirements

• >= 3 years of experience in PROS pricing and PROS CPQ as integrated part of Salesforce
• Hands-on experience in PROS implementation and/or support
• Strong understanding of pricing processes in combination with Salesforce
• Experience with system integration between PROS and Salesforce
• Knowledge of APIs, middleware and data flows
• Experience in agile and classical project delivery models
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate business pricing requirements into technical solutions 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
