our main responsibilities Develop and maintain internal software solutions based on modern technologies and established development standards (Java, SQL, REST APIs and modern web technologies) Support the implementation of web applications in both frontend and backend. Help automate internal business processes and continuously improve existing applications. Analyze requirements together with business experts, business analysts and experienced developers, and implement them technically. Contribute to architecture, design and implementation decisions. Support testing, error analysis, code reviews, documentation and the rollout of new features. Your profile You… have a university or university of applied sciences degree in computer science, business information systems or a comparable field. have gained initial practical experience in software development, for example through internships, study projects or first professional experience. have knowledge of Java and are interested in modern backend and frontend development. have basic knowledge of SQL and working with relational databases. Initial experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, React or similar technologies is an advantage. enjoy clean code, structured work and technical challenges. think analytically, work in a solution-oriented way and want to continuously develop yourself. are team-oriented, communicative and enjoy contributing your own ideas. Key Responsibilities
2. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
