Job Summary
To be responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical guidance / solutions for work completion
Key Responsibilities
1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
2. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.

Skill Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, DevSecOps, SRE, Cloud Engineering, or related roles.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift platform administration.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Experience designing and implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Experience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD.
- Strong Linux administration skills.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with security best practices, vulnerability management, secrets management, and platform hardening.
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
- Experience supporting business-critical production environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, and observability platforms.
- Experience with HashiCorp Vault and enterprise secrets management.
- Experience with Ansible and advanced automation frameworks.
- Experience with managed SQL and NoSQL database platforms.
- Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Experience with SRE practices and operational excellence frameworks.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Security, Compliance, and Governance requirements.
- Experience leveraging AI-driven automation and operational intelligence capabilities.
