Technical Lead

Job Summary

Strong in SQL, SAS Analytics / Python, Tableau, Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms and Data wrangling and integration of disparate or unstructured data sources

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply advanced statistical and quantitative analytical techniques to solve medium-to-large scale business problems with strategic impact.
  • Gather, manipulate, and synthesize data from disparate sources to draw conclusions and deliver 'insight to action' recommendations.
  • Identify and define measurable KPIs and analytical frameworks to address ambiguous business questions.
  • Translate findings into clear communication materials and visualizations for executive and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, data engineering, and technology teams.

Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and thoroughly document assumptions, methodology, and validation for compliance and peer review.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
