The ideal candidate will possess strong backend development expertise, experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery, excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, and a solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, develop scalable solutions, and support end-to-end software delivery.Requirements10+ years of experience in software development and business analysis.Strong expertise in Java, Python, and Full Stack Development with a focus on backend development.Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery.Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and technical analysis skills.Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.Experience integrating with or supporting third-party enterprise applications, including Workforce Management (WFM), CRM, and Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) platforms.Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and Python, with a strong emphasis on backend services.Analyze business requirements and deliver technical solutions aligned with business objectives.Develop and support integrations with GCP, BigQuery, and third-party systems such as WFM, CRM, and ACD platforms.Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize application performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC to deliver high-quality software solutions.Prepare technical documentation, support system enhancements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Good to have knowledge on: WFM (WorkForceManagement), API Integrations.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
