Job Summary

To be responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical guidance / solutions for work completion

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce testers play a critical role in ensuring system reliability by combining domain knowledge with testing expertise. Their responsibilities include: Test Planning: Defining test scope, strategy, and objectives based on business and technical requirements. Test Case Development: Creating detailed test cases covering functional flows, edge cases, and validations. Test Execution: Running manual or automated tests, capturing results, and verifying expected behavior. Regression Testing: Re-testing existing features to ensure updates or fixes don’t introduce new bugs. Performance Testing: Measuring system speed, responsiveness, and stability under load. Security Testing: Checking access controls, permissions, and data visibility across user roles. Integration Testing: Validating data flow and interaction between Salesforce and external systems. System Testing: Testing the complete application to ensure all components work together as intended.  1 These roles and responsibilities ensure that workflows
