Job Summary

Job Title: Signavio ConsultantLocationFlexible / HybridExperienceRelevant experience of 3+ years in SignavioRole SummaryThe Signavio Consultant will be responsible for driving business process discovery, analysis, optimization, and transformation using the Signavio Process Transformation Suite. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to enable process transparency, identify improvement opportunities, and support S/4HANA and digital transformation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Discovery & AnalysisLead end-to-end business process discovery using Signavio Process Insights and Process Intelligence

Analyze current-state (As-Is) processes across domains such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and Hire-to-Retire

Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, deviations, and compliance gaps

Process Design & OptimizationDesign future-state (To-Be) processes aligned with Best Practices and business objectives

Support process standardization and harmonization initiatives

Define KPIs, process benchmarks, and improvement roadmaps

Transformation & S/4HANA EnablementSupport S/4HANA transformation programs using Signavio as a central process management tool

Enable fit-to-standard workshops and process governance

Ensure alignment between business processes and configuration

Stakeholder & Workshop ManagementFacilitate process workshops with business, functional, and technical teams

Translate business requirements into process models, insights, and actionable recommendations

Act as a trusted advisor to business and delivery leadership

Governance, Documentation & EnablementMaintain process repositories, documentation standards, and governance models

Support change management and user enablement activities

Ensure process models comply with organizational standards and audit requirements

Required Skills & QualificationsMandatory SkillsHands-on experience with SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite, including:

Process Manager

Process Insights

Process Intelligence

Strong knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain business processes

Experience in process modeling (BPMN 2.0)

Exposure to S/4HANA transformation or ECC to S/4HANA migration projects

Functional KnowledgeStrong understanding of below functional areas:

Supply Chain (P2P, O2C)

Manufacturing

Ability to link process design with system configuration

Soft SkillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in global, multi-cultural teams

Consulting mindset with a focus on value realization

Good to HaveSAP Activate methodology experience

Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM frameworks

Exposure to process mining tools beyond Signavio

SAP certification(s), especially in S/4HANA or Signavio

EducationBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field

MBA or equivalent is a plus
