Job Summary

Builds and maintains secure APIs and Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectors enabling AI agents to interact with Intel enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, SharePoint/OneDrive, Snowflake, Databricks, and Adobe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop MCP servers and API-based tools for agent consumption.
  • Integrate agents with enterprise systems via REST, GraphQL, and event-driven interfaces.
  • Manage secure authentication/authorization and API governance (Apigee, IAM).
  • Support performance, reliability, and observability of integrations.
  • Contribute reusable connectors to the Intel Agent Library.

Skill Requirements

  • Strong API and integration development (REST, OAuth2, JSON).
  • Hands-on MCP and/or Apigee.
  • Proficient in Python / Node.js / Java.
  • Experience integrating SaaS platforms (ServiceNow, SharePoint, Snowflake).

Other Requirements

  • Databricks, Adobe systems, GraphQL, WebSockets.
  • Enterprise API security and rate limiting.
  • Google Cloud integration services.
  • 6+ years API and integration engineering.
  • Offshore (India), with overlap hours for US coordination.
  • Relevant cloud/API certification preferred.
