Technical Lead

Job Summary

Gathers and translates business requirements into Salesforce solutions, supporting configuration, incident troubleshooting, and change management. This role partners with Product Owners and delivery teams to enable project delivery, ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices, and support continuous improvement across Salesforce platforms.

 

  • Skill Requirements:
    • Certified Salesforce administrator
    • Deep knowledge of Salesforce administration
    • Object, Fields, and validation rules
    • Security & Sharing (Profiles & Permission sets, Sharing rules…)
    • Automation tools (workflows, approval processes, process builder, flows…)
    • Strong experience of Salesforce in commerce cloud/experience cloud/Service cloud
    • Ability to produce good design documents to deliver sound solutions
    • Ability to quickly learn both buyer’s technical, business processes and functional processes
    • Good decision making and business judgment with customer focus
    • Troubleshooting and analytical skills
