Job Summary

Salesforce Developer: Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud & Sales Cloud

 

    • Develop, maintain, and support across Sales & Marketing applications.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze integration impacts, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
    • Design and implement integration patterns leveraging Salesforce platform event and Salesforce Restful API
    • Troubleshoot integration failures, perform root cause analysis, and apply fixes while ensuring minimal business disruption.
    • Mostly focused on B2B CRM standard functionalities and requiring process knowledge in the following areas/modules: Salesforce Complex Configuration – Validation Rules, Custom Objects/Fields, Record Types, Workflows, Process Builds, Approval Processes
    • Salesforce Coding – Apex Class, Apex Trigger, Visualforce Pages
    • Must be Certified Salesforce Developer
    • Must be knowing the B2B Commerce Process.

  • Skills Required
    • LWC/APEX: Component lifecycle (connectedCallback, renderedCallback), decorators (@api, @track, @wire), event handling, Shadow DOM
    • LWR (Commerce): LWR site configuration, routing, app config (lwr.config.json), SSR, module resolution
    • Experience Cloud: Experience site setup, guest user config, sharing rules, buyer experience layout
    • Okta (OIDC / OAuth2) - (Portal): Okta application config, OIDC flow, token introspection, Okta Sign-In Widget integration, session management
    • Azure AD / Entra ID: Azure app registration, OAuth2/SAML 2.0 config, conditional access, token validation, tenant-level debugging
    • OAuth2 / SLAS / PKCE: Authorization Code + PKCE flow, SLAS token lifecycle, refresh token handling, scope configuration
    • OData API: OData v4 query syntax ($filter, $expand, $select), entity model, pagination, error handling
    • Flosum: Pipeline configuration, snapshot management, org comparison, change tracking, deployment validation, rollback
    • JavaScript: Node.js, ES6+, async/await, debugging tools
    • APIs: OCAPI (Shop/Data API), SCAPI, REST, JSON/XML
    • Datadog: Log management, APM trace reading, alert rule review, dashboard interpretation, RUM session analysis
    • Google Analytics 4: GA4 event schema, ecommerce data layer, DebugView, event validation, Measurement Protocol
    • Google Tag Manager: Tag configuration, trigger & variable setup, dataLayer debugging, container workspace management, GTM preview mode
    • Salesforce Platform: Apex / Flow / Trigger
    • opentext xECM: Document API
    • Snowflake: Analytic data / Snowflake SQL API
