Job Summary

·       Motivated and results-driven IT professional with 10+ years of experience as a development and Production Support experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain.

·       Proficient in Snowflake, ServiceNow, Python, SQL Server.

·       Strong expertise in Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall software development methodologies, with hands-on experience performing Scrum Master responsibilities.

·       Experienced in Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS) support, maintenance, and upgrade initiatives.

·       Extensive experience in designing and delivering end-to-end ETL and data processing solutions.

·       Exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) development and AI-driven solution initiatives.

·       Proven ability to coordinate effectively between onsite and offshore teams while managing multiple responsibilities.

·       Recognized for a positive attitude, strong commitment to delivery excellence, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

·       Capable of balancing technical development, production support, and client-facing coordination responsibilities in fast-paced environments.
