We are seeking a professional services resource to support the Factory Data Platform team in migrating ETL workloads from Tibco DV to Talend. The role will focus on analysis, conversion, validation, optimization, and ongoing support of ETL pipelines and related reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Analyze and convert Tibco DV views, data services, and business logic into Talend ETL jobs.
· Develop, test, validate, deploy, and optimize Talend pipelines for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
· Investigate ETL failures, performance issues, and data-related incidents, and participate in root cause analysis activities.
· Support data extraction, SQL queries, reporting, and ad-hoc analysis requests.
· Assist with migration, modernization, and platform deployment activities.
· Support reporting solutions using Power BI, Spotfire, or similar BI platforms.

Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
· 3–5 years of experience in ETL, data engineering, reporting, or database support.
· Strong SQL and relational database skills.
· Experience with Talend, Tibco DV, or similar data integration platforms.
· Familiarity with Power BI, Spotfire, Databricks, Azure, or related data platforms.
· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills
· Hands-on expertise in Talend development and Tibco DV administration/development.
· Experience migrating Tibco DV assets to Talend ETL pipelines.
· Knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and cloud-native data engineering solutions.
· Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL databases.
· Understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, or factory reporting environments.
· Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, and production support processes.
· Knowledge of Python or R scripting is an advantage.
