Job Summary

Technical Skills
 
Strong experience in EAM data migration (SAP PM, Hexagon EAM, Maximo, Oracle EAM).
 
Hands-on expertise with DSP, SAP BODS, SQL, ETL pipelines, or similar tools.
 
Deep understanding of:
 
• Asset master data
 
• Maintenance master data Work management
 
• Inventory & materials
 
Experience with multi-cycle migration
 
and rehearsal loads.
 
SQL for migration - profiling,
 
cleansing, transformations.
 
Functional Skills:
 
Strong knowledge of EAM processes:
Asset lifecycle
Preventive maintenance
Work order lifecycle
Scheduling & dispatch
Inventory & parts
 
Ability to translate business requirements into migration rules.
Experience with fit‑gap analysis and template rollouts.
 
Preferred Qualifications
 
10+ years of experience in EAM/ERP transformation.
 
Experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM, Hexagon EAM, or Oracle EBS migrations.
 
Prior experience leading migration workstreams in large programs.
 
Certifications in SAP PM/EAM, Oracle, or data migration tools (nice to have).
