Job Summary

Job Title: SAP Scrum master
Location: Offshore
Experience: 7–10 yearsBand – 2.1
Employment Type: Full-time

Qualification : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Technical Skills-

  Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including:

  • Daily Stand-ups
  • Sprint Planning
  • Sprint Reviews
  • Sprint Retrospectives
  • Backlog Refinement Sessions
  • SAP Knowledge

  Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and values.

  Remove blockers and impediments impacting team productivity.

  Track sprint progress, velocity, and team performance metrics.

  Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization.

  Ensure transparency through Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.

  Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.

  Facilitate stakeholder communication and status reporting.

  Promote self-organizing and cross-functional team behavior.

  Assist in scaling Agile practices across multiple teams where required.

  Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

  5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.

  Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban.

  Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools.

  Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.

  Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams.
