Job Summary
Responsible for building and sustaining strong IT Applications using the ServiceNow Platform Be the Customer Zero for ServiceNow, implementing and configuring IT applications Play a key role in the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite Build software iteratively Work in highly collaborative agile environment Implement software solutions that ensure security, integrity, scalability and consistency of critical user data Solve complex problems in a highly dynamic and agile environment and lead teams Support ServiceNow applications and Integrations with third party applications and data sources
Key Responsibilities
BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience 5+ years of progressive experience in computing and information security, including Internet technology and security issues Certification in IT security or related experience Practical knowledge of commonly applied security principles, concepts, and methodologies Ability to interpret and apply regulations, procedures, directives, policies, and technical manuals to work assignments Practical knowledge of investigative and adjudicative procedures Technical background in networking, Operation Systems or Windows-based processing Devices
