Job Summary
Detailed JD:
- Design, develop, enhance, and support customizations for HCL/IBM Unica Campaign and Unica Plan platforms.
- Develop and maintain Java-based integrations, services, and automation solutions supporting marketing workflows.
- Build and support ETL processes using SSIS and related data integration technologies.
- Design, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, and data processing jobs.
- Develop and support REST and SOAP API integrations with internal and external enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Support platform upgrades, patching activities, and environment migrations.
- Develop batch automation processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and retrospective activities.
- Create technical design documentation, deployment procedures, and operational support documentation.
- Partner with external vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable enterprise solutions.
- Provide on-call support for critical production applications as needed.
Required skills:
- 7+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of Java/J2EE development experience.
