Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of experience in designing intuitive, user-centric, and visually appealing digital products. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in user research, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and development teams to create seamless user experiences across web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, business analysts, and developers.
Conduct user research, usability studies, stakeholder interviews, and competitive analysis.
Create user personas, customer journey maps, information architecture, and user flows.
Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Develop intuitive, responsive, and visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
Maintain and enhance design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
Perform usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
Ensure design consistency and adherence to accessibility and usability standards.
Collaborate with development teams during implementation and support UI reviews.
Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices.

Skill Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.

5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UI/UX design projects.

Proficiency in design tools such as:
Figma
Adobe XD
Sketch
InVision
Photoshop
Illustrator

Expertise in:
User Research
Interaction Design
Information Architecture
Wireframing & Prototyping
Visual Design
Design Thinking
Usability Testing
Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Angular is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or digital products.
Exposure to Design Systems and Component-Based Design.
Experience working with cross-functional global teams.
Certifications in UX/UI Design or Human-Centered Design will be an added advantage.
