2. Knowledge of the prerequisites for setting up 

     Vertex9 with SAP?

3.  Knowledge of data mapping between SAP and       

      Vertex

4. Knowledge of the common configuration steps for       Vertex9 integration?

5. Knowledge of how do we handle error logging and         troubleshooting?

6. Knowledge of the best practices for maintaining             the integration?

7. Knowledge of how do we manage updates and               patches for Vertex9 and SAP?

8. Knowledge of  the common performance issues 

     and how they can be mitigated?

9. How is user access and security managed within           the integration?

10. Knowledge of the key points of contact for                        support and escalation?

11. Knowledge of how to install, integrate and                          navigate vertex

11. Knowledge of O Series of Vertex
