Job Summary

Mastercard – Site Reliability Engineer II

Must-Have Skills

  • SRE / reliability engineering experience.
  • Observability using metrics, logs and traces; hands-on experience with Splunk, Dynatrace or Grafana.
  • Cloud infrastructure experience, preferably AWS or PCF.
  • Linux/Unix networking, protocols, and security knowledge.
  • Scripting in Python, Go, Bash or similar.
  • Production incident troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and resolution.
  • CI/CD, containerization, orchestration and automation.
  • High availability, fault tolerance, scalability and disaster recovery.
  • Capacity planning, performance optimization and proactive monitoring.
  • Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management.
  • AWS/Azure/GCP experience
  • Telecom/Genesys domain experience is added advantage.
  • ITSM tools, Oracle and Java troubleshooting.
  • Networking, security and infrastructure automation.
