Primary Skill Area: Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end email marketing operations across CRM platforms (e.g., IRIS Studio, Cosmos Data Base, Adobe Campaign, Click Up, ADO).
Design and maintain email architecture: data models, segmentation logic, automations in IRIS Studio and Adobe Campaign.
Lead integrations between CRM, CDP, data warehouse, and downstream systems.
Ensure deliverability best practices (IP warming, authentication, sender reputation, inbox placement).
Oversee QA, deployment, and troubleshooting of campaigns and journeys.
Establish governance for data privacy, consent management, and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Partner with marketing, product, and analytics teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Define and monitor KPIs, campaign performance, and system health.
Mentor CRM developers/operations specialists and set technical standards.
Manage vendor relationships and platform upgrades.
Primary Skills (Must Have)
Deep expertise in CRM/email platforms and Data operations as well as marketing automation.
Strong SQL and data Integration skills.
Understanding of HTML/CSS for email and dynamic content.
Knowledge of deliverability, personalization, and experimentation (A/B, multivariate)
Effectively manages customer campaigns ensuring timely execution and delivery.
Maintain clear and proactive communication with Stake holders to align expectations and drive Campaign success.
SQL database management, supporting precise and efficient data operations.
Email marketing campaign design for targeted outreach and engagement using Adobe platform.
Data query and transformation, essential for effective audience segmentation using IRIS and Visual studio platforms.
Project management tools like ADO and Click Up proficiency to streamline campaign workflow.
Expertise in Cosmos database technologies for robust data management and analysis.
Additional skills like HTML5, CSS3 and Java script would be an add on to the profile
