Job Summary
5–7 years total experience with at least 3–5 years hands-on in Quadient Inspire ecosystem.
• Demonstrated expertise in Inspire Scaler (workflow orchestration, automation, high-volume batch/on-demand processing, integration touchpoints, performance tuning).
• Strong experience with Inspire Content Manager (ICM) (content repository, versioning, approvals, deployment packaging across environments).
• Solid understanding of Interactive approval and governance (to support business change without handing over admin rights) and familiarity with Designer assets and their lifecycle—even if not doing day-to-day template creation.
• Proven capability in tenant/workspace setup, RBAC/access management, environment configuration, and secure deployment practices for Quadient. (Senior lead/admin roles stress these. Secondar Technical Skills
• Proficiency with XML/XSLT, JSON, REST APIs, and file‑exchange patterns; ability to design resilient ingestion/egress flows Java, AWS, SQL
Key Responsibilities
2. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
