Job Summary
10-12 Year of Experience in SAP SD
We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, SAP SD configuration, business process mapping, implementation, rollout, support, and enhancement projects in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize sales, delivery, shipping, billing, pricing, and customer management processes
Key Responsibilities
- Configure Enterprise Structure and organizational assignments for sales entities.
- Configure Sales Organizations, Distribution Channels, Divisions, and Shipping Points.
- Configure:
- Sales Order Types
- Item Categories
- Schedule Line Categories
- Delivery Types
- Billing Types
- Configure Copy Controls (VTAA, VTLA, VTFA).
- Configure Billing Plans and Intercompany Billing.
Pricing & Account Determination
- Configure pricing procedures using Condition Technique.
- Configure:
- Condition Types
- Access Sequences
- Condition Tables
- Pricing Procedures
- Configure account determination and taxation processes.
- Support complex customer-specific pricing models.
Order-to-Cash (OTC)
- Manage end-to-end OTC processes:
- Inquiry
- Quotation
- Sales Order
- Delivery
- PGI
- Billing
- Receivables Integration
- Support Material and Service Billing processes.
- Resolve issues across Contract, Sales Order, Delivery, PGI, Billing, and Intercompany Billing.
Master Data Management
- Customer Master configuration and maintenance.
- Material Master setup and validation.
- Partner Function configuration.
- Sales BOM and Alternative BOM configuration.
Integration
- Work closely with:
- SAP MM
- SAP FI
- SAP PS
- SAP PI/PO
- SAP ABAP
- Support interface integration between SAP and external applications.
Project Activities
- Requirement gathering and process workshops.
- Solution design and fit-gap analysis.
- Functional specification preparation.
- SIT, UAT, and cutover support.
- Production support and incident management.
- Data migration through LSMW and BAPIs.
- End-user training and documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong SAP SD functional experience.
- Experience in at least one End-to-End SAP Implementation project.
- Knowledge of SAP OTC lifecycle.
