Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong D365 platform understanding to support the IKEA ROSS DROP team. The role focuses on driving Agile delivery, ensuring cross-functional collaboration, and enabling teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business priorities. 

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) ensuring adherence to Scrum practices 

Act as a servant leader, removing impediments and enabling team productivity 

Drive stakeholder coordination across business, IT, and vendor teams 

Ensure effective backlog management in collaboration with Product Owners 

Track and report delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and KPIs 

Promote Agile mindset and continuous improvement culture within the team 

Support release planning and coordination aligned with D365 platform update

Skill Requirements

Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments 

Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O/Commerce/Platform) 

Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive accountability 

Experience in large-scale enterprise programs / AMS / rollout projects 

Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Confluence 

Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills 

Other Requirements

Preferred Qualifications 

Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master) 

Prior experience in retail domain/global rollouts is plus 

Exposure to DevOps, release management, and environment coordination
