Job Summary

Role Summary

Translates HR processes into HRSD solutions, focusing on employee experience, case management, and lifecycle workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements for HR Case Management and Lifecycle Events
  • Design HR workflows, approvals, and SLAs
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders
  • Support UAT and process optimization
  • Define HR KPIs and reporting

Skill Requirements

  • HRSD experience and HR process knowledge
  • Case management and lifecycle workflows understanding
  • Strong stakeholder communication

Preferred Qualifications (Certifications)

  • ServiceNow CSA
  • ITIL v4 Foundation
  • HR domain certifications (preferred)
