Job Summary
· Demonstrate expert knowledge of Oracle Manufacturing and Costing Cloud Modules. · Must understand Manufacturing and Costing business requirements and map requirements to Oracle Cloud functionality. · Must deliver functional specifications documentations for RICEFW. · Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions. · Should handle the solution Development and configuration of End to End Manufacturing and costing processes in Oracle Manufacturing Cloud Modules. · Create and execute the test scripts for manufacturing and Costing processes with the Oracle Cloud Manufacturing. · Work closely with Client Oracle SME's and Project Manager. · Analyze business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. · Should handle the data mapping and fill in FBDI documents to support the migrations to Oracle Manufacturing and Costing Cloud Modules from Legacy systems. · Responsible for creating and implementing innovative solutions with industry-wide impact. · Enables business development efforts by providing subject matter expertise. Resolves very complex customer escalations. · Should good knowledge on handling integrations with 3rd Party Applications relevant to the manufacturing processes. · Responsible for training Key business users to handle their day to day processes with Oracle Manufacturing and Costing Cloud Modules. · Understand the existing Manufacturing/Costing solutions designs and handle the transition process to Oracle Cloud Manufacturing. · Demonstrate Knowledge of Retail / Manufacturin

| · Any University bachelor’s / Master’s degree. |
| · Overall 8 to 12 Years’ experience. |
| · Having Retail / Manufacturing Industry Domain Experience of 5-8 years will be an added advantage. |
| · Extensive background as Consultant having covered the functional areas of SCM such as Manufacturing and Costing. |
| · Oracle Manufacturing/Costing Cloud certifications highly desirable. |
| · Knowledge of Oracle solutions and proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP domain with experience in multiple End-to-End Implementations/Rollouts. |
| · Experience in Rollout and Implementation of Oracle SCM modules for EMEA, North America and APAC Countries |
| · Extensive presentation experience. |
| · Flexible to travel across Countries, should be ready for travel. |
| · Excellent Communication & Client Handling skills. |
| · Strong influencing and negotiation skills. |
| · Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. |
| · Ability to prioritize and work independently as well as in a team environment. |
