Job Summary

Good knowledge in EBS Finance,AP, AR,GL & FA modules
Should be strong in SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, XML  Publisher,Workflows 
Should be able to handle complex solutions design and RICEW development issues and challenges
Work directly with EBS functional consultants or business users to thoroughly understand functional requirements to produce highly effective technical design document using best practice development standards
Excellent communication, interpersonal and good presentation skills
should be excellent team player
analysis and issue resolution capabilities

Key Responsibilities

1. To manage the customer delivery / expectations and the technical team.
2. To design and develop solution for product / project and sustenance delivery.
3. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
4. To guide and mentor a team of developers for successful delivery of project.
5. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
