Job Summary
OTM experince, including implementation, configuration, and support. Implementation and Support: Leads or contributes to OTM implementations, configurations, and system support activities. Functional knowledge of restricted party screening, compliance rules, product classification, licenses, trade agreements, and customs processes. Strong understanding of OTM functionalities, including order management, shipment planning, and freight billing Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with logistics and transportation processes in various industries. Works effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, logistics, and business stakeholders Maintains detailed documentation of OTM configurations and processes. Provides training to end-users on OTM functionalities and best practices. | · Any University bachelor’s / Master’s degree. |
| · Overall 8 to 12 Years’ experience. |
| · Having Industry Domain Experience of 5-8 years will be an added advantage. |
| · Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication with a strong eye for detail |
| · Experience in Rollout and Implementation of Oracle SCM modules for EMEA, North America and APAC Countries |
| · Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud certifications highly desirable. |
| · Knowledge of Oracle solutions and proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP domain with experience in multiple End-to-End Implementations/Rollouts. |
| · Flexible to travel across Countries, should be ready for travel. |
| · Excellent Interpersonal Communication & Client Handling skills. |
| · Strong influencing and negotiation skills. |
| · Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. |
| · Ability to prioritize and work independently as well as in a team environment. |
