Job Summary
IT Integrator - Open Banking As an IT Integrator in Open Banking area, you will coordinate the delivery of software solutions across squads and stakeholders, ensuring feature planning, dependency management and roadmap execution are aligned with business priorities, technical feasibility and company standards. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the realization of software solutions within the Open Banking ensuring timely delivery within agreed scope and priorities. Facilitate feature planning and delivery across squads by aligning epics, sprints, dependencies and sequencing of work. Work closely with architects, product owners, road managers and squads to translate epics into features and stories that support roadmap execution. Guide squads during feature delivery, help manage cross-team dependencies and support the removal of impediments that may impact expected outcomes. Analyze specific delivery, functional or technical issues to identify practical solutions and enable informed decision-making. Maintain a strong understanding of the relevant IT landscape, technologies and service interdependencies to support complex sequencing and implementation planning. Promote an agile way of working by actively contributing to planning, refinement, delivery events and continuous improvement of collaboration across squads. Align business and IT stakeholders across the tribe and cross-tribe environment to deliver value and ensure transparency on scope, progress, risks and decisions. Ensure delivery activities are performed in line with company policies, procedures, cyber security principles, data protection, privacy, security and ethical standards. Prepare clear supporting materials, status updates and governance input to promote stakeholder understanding, commitment and effective program-level decision-making. Experience and capabilities: 3–6 years of relevant experience in IT delivery, IT integration, feature delivery or implementation coordination, preferably in banking, payments or a complex technology environment. Strong understanding of the IT landscape (development and operation of modern APIs in a micro-service architecture, databases, operating systems, programming languages) including applicable technologies, IT services and complex system interdependencies Experience supporting feature delivery, including sequencing work, guiding squads, managing dependencies and helping resolve impediments. Ability to align business and IT stakeholders across tribes, squads and delivery areas, using both functional and technical understanding. Good knowledge of agile delivery models and ways of working, with the ability to contribute actively to planning, refinement, delivery events and continuous improvement. Ability to analyze complex information, distinguish root causes from symptoms and identify practical functional or technical solutions. Good understanding of operational compliance, cyber security principles, data protection, privacy, security and ethical standards relevant to IT delivery. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust, balance stakeholder needs and communicate clearly with both technical and business audiences.
