Key Responsibilities

Job Description:

1. Program Delivery & Governance

• Own program lifecycle: planning, execution, reporting, and closure
• Ensure adherence to SOW schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Drive stakeholder reporting (status, risks, milestones)
• Manage change control processes and scope adjustments

2. Compliance & Security Program Leadership

• Lead GovRAMP / FedRAMP gap analysis initiatives
• Oversee implementation and validation of NIST 800-53 controls
• Ensure alignment of processes, policies and controls for compliance maturity

3. Cloud & Architecture Oversight

• Review SaaS architecture and security design
• Validate:
• Network architecture
• Encryption mechanisms
• Logging & vulnerability management

4. Audit & Certification Readiness

• Coordinate 3PAO audit preparation and execution
• Manage evidence collection and validation
• Drive closure of audit gaps and ensure no major non-conformances

5. Documentation & Deliverables Governance

• Oversee creation of:
• System Security Plan (SSP)
• Compliance documentation
• Program plans and reports
• Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria

6. Vendor & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Manage supplier teams and ensure compliance with SOW obligations
• Coordinate with:
• Security teams
• Engineering teams
• Procurement and audit stakeholders
