We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of core banking transformation projects. The role requires strong project governance, stakeholder management, and deep understanding of banking operations and the Temenos T24 implementation lifecycle (SIT/UAT/Cutover). [1]

- Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end delivery of Banking implementation or upgrade projects, ensuring on-time and within-scope delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between the bank, Temenos, system integrators, and internal stakeholders.
- Planning & Control: Define project scope, goals, milestones, and resource allocation, preparing detailed project plans and budget tracking.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Implementation Oversight: Oversee data migration, interface design, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and cutover plans.
- Governance & Reporting: Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide regular reports to senior management.

- Experience: Proven experience managing banking implementation or upgrade projects.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking operations (Retail, Corporate, Lending, Payments, Treasury).
- Technical Familiarity: Understanding of T24 modules and architecture (AA, TAFJ, TPH, or General Transact modules) would be added advantage
- Skills: Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Temenos T24 certification preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Information Technology.
