Job Summary

Technical Project Manager:

We are looking for an experienced IT Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver technology projects within our IT Services division. The role involves managing project scope, timelines, and vendor management, while ensuring alignment with business goals and IT standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end IT projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.

• Understand the application’s technical architecture and ensure alignment among all the stakeholders and team members.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors.

• Track project progress, risks, and ensure on-time delivery.

• Escalate the risks and delays to the respective stakeholders, PMO team, Clinical leaders and Market directors.

• Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide project updates.

• Ensure projects comply with IT policies and security standards.

  • Drive infrastructure migration projects, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity
  • Participate in testing and validation of new releases, patches, and configuration changes
  • Drive architecture decisions, migration plans, and standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth application performance and system reliability

Total Experience: 15+ years in IT

·         Relevant Experience: Proficient and experienced driving designing , architecture and application support, preferably in the healthcare domain

Domain Expertise:

·         Deep understanding of Healthcare IT systems, workflows, and regulatory requirements. Oncology related applications knowledge is a plus.

·         Experience collaborating with radiologists, clinical teams, and healthcare vendors

 

 

Technical Skills:

·    Infrastructure Migration: Hands-on experience in planning and executing server, database, and application migrations across environments (on-prem to cloud or hybrid)

·         Application Support: Installation, upgrades, patch deployments, and troubleshooting across test, staging, and production environments

·         Infra Knowledge: Strong understanding of servers, databases (SQL Server, etc.), networks, SSL certificates, system upgrades, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)

·         Monitoring & Performance: Proactive monitoring of system performance, availability, and reliability

 

Communication & Coordination:

·         Excellent communication skills for vendor coordination, infrastructure team collaboration, and stakeholder engagement

·         Ability to work with cross-functional teams including internal IT, external vendors, and clinical stakeholders

Compliance & Security:

·         Ensure adherence to HIPAA, data security protocols, and clinical IT policies

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• 15 years of project management experience in IT services.

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

• Project management certification (PMP, CSM, etc.) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

1.Lead end to end delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring adherence to agreed scope, timelines, budgets, SLAs, and quality standards.
2. Translate client and business requirements into actionable delivery plans and guide teams in developing and implementing solutions that meet expectations.
3. Serve as the primary interface with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and sustained customer satisfaction.
4. Implement and continuously refine project management processes, best practices, and methodologies to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
5. Monitor project progress through defined metrics, manage risks and dependencies, and provide timely, accurate status and performance reports.
6. Lead, motivate, and support cross functional delivery teams, ensuring clear accountability, effective collaboration, and timely completion of deliverables.
7. Manage escalations proactively, resolving delivery, performance, and stakeholder issues to minimise impact on project outcomes.
8. Support business growth by contributing to service expansion, solution discussions, and business development initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
