Job Summary

Primary Skill    : 3DS Enovia, Windchill, EPDM

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex technical projects supporting engineering operations.
  • Support PLM systems, ERP integrations, and business process improvement initiatives.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and establish project plans.
  • Drive project execution from initiation through implementation.
  • Manage schedules, risks, issues, resources, and stakeholder communications.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, IT, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Service organizations.
  • Support engineering change management and product data management initiatives.
  • Provide project governance, milestone tracking, executive reporting, and documentation.
  • Drive user adoption and change management activities.  

 

Desired Skills

  • Strong technical project management experience.
  • Experience managing project scope, planning, risk management, and successful delivery.
  • Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
  • Hands-on experience with ENOVIA or comparable enterprise PLM platforms.
  • Knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
  • Experience with:
    • Material master data
    • Part management
    • Bills of Materials (BOM)
    • Engineering Change Records (ECR/ECO) and related processes

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
