Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead large-scale Oracle Cloud Migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cloud transformation programs, Oracle technology migrations, cross-functional teams, and enterprise stakeholders. The TPM will be responsible for driving end-to-end migration planning, execution, governance, risk management, and successful delivery of Oracle workloads to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Migration programs from assessment through production cutover.
Develop and manage migration roadmaps, project plans, milestones, and dependencies.
Coordinate with architects, DBAs, infrastructure teams, application teams, security teams, and business stakeholders.
Drive migration planning, environment readiness, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.
Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
Track program status, budgets, resource allocations, and delivery timelines.
Facilitate executive governance meetings and provide regular stakeholder updates.
Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate disaster recovery, rollback, and business continuity planning.
Monitor migration progress and ensure successful completion within scope, schedule, and budget.

Other Requirements

Experience managing Oracle-to-OCI migration programs.
Experience leading enterprise cloud modernization initiatives.
Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP migration projects.
PMP, SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, or Oracle Cloud certifications preferred.
Strong understanding of Infrastructure, Database, and Application migration methodologies.
