Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist in C Development to lead the design, delivery, and sustenance of software solutions within our team. This role is pivotal in driving innovation and ensuring our products meet high-quality standards while adhering to client requirements. The Technical Specialist will leverage deep technical expertise to guide the team, architect efficient solutions, and promote continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and adoption of new technologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect, Design, And Develop Robust Solutions For Product And Project Delivery Using C, Ensuring They Meet Defined Scope And Standards.
2. Serve As A Subject Matter Expert (Sme) In C, Providing Guidance And Expertise Throughout The Project Lifecycle.
3. Stay Current With Emerging Technologies And Trends In C Programming, Ensuring That Solutions Remain Cutting-Edge And Compliant With Industry Quality Standards.
4. Mentor And Train Team Members In C Programming And Best Practices, Fostering A Knowledgeable Workforce And Mitigating Delivery Risks.
5. Collect And Analyze Specifications From Client Organizations To Deliver Tailored Solutions That Align With Their Domain And Technology Needs.
6. Review And Evaluate Project Deliverables To Ensure Quality And Compliance With Established Requirements And Standards.
7. Propose Client Value Creation Initiatives And Implement Best Practices In C Development To Enhance Project Outcomes.

Skill Requirements

1. Expert Proficiency In C Programming, With A Solid Understanding Of System Software And Linux Environments.
2. Strong Knowledge Of Software Development Methodologies And Best Practices.
3. Familiarity With Sql Database Interactions And Optimization Techniques.

Other Requirements

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
