Technical Specialist - Cable Harness, Electrical Schematics

Job Summary

Looking for a highly talented, self-motivated, and 12-16 years Experienced Electrical design manager to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as an SME in:
    • Power Distribution Box design and development
    • PLC-based control systems
    • High and low-voltage cable design
    • Wiring harness design and development
    • Signal cable design and integration (fiber/e-net/controls)
    • IMC Rack Design
  • Very good experience in SEMI standards, S2, S8, S22, S23 and F47 and knowledge on EN, RoHS, UL standards 
  • Lead projects from requirements definition through product release while ensuring compliance with applicable SEMI standards and customer requirements.
  • Possess extensive experience in electrical component and switchgear selection, qualification, and validation.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in product development and release processes, including Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
  • Have a good understanding of service, installation, and field support activities.
  • Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting complex system and field issues.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including Mechanical, Software, Manufacturing, Quality, and Field Service organizations.
  • Own end-to-end electrical design execution and documentation activities from the offshore team, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and technical compliance.
  • Drive project and task management activities, regularly present delivery metrics, identify risks, and recommend mitigation plans.
  • Lead HCL process improvement initiatives and monitor team compliance with established engineering processes.
  • Proactively contribute to new business opportunities, technology development initiatives, and organizational growth.
