Job Summary

The Technical Specialist in MES Opcenter, Installation, Configuration plays a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality products and sustenance solutions. This position is critical in ensuring that all technological standards are met while addressing client requirements effectively. The role involves leading a team to innovate and implement solutions in the manufacturing domain, driving both operational excellence and knowledge advancement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect And Design Comprehensive Solutions For Product Development And Sustenance Delivery By Leveraging Critical Manufacturing Technologies, Ensuring Alignment With Project Goals And Industry Standards.
2. Serve As A Subject Matter Expert (Sme) In Critical Manufacturing, Providing Technical Guidance And Support To Team Members Throughout The Project Lifecycle.
3. Facilitate Knowledge Upgrade Initiatives And Explore Emerging Technologies To Ensure That Solutions Remain Cutting-Edge, Compliant With Quality Standards, And Responsive To Client Needs.
4. Train And Mentor Team Members In Critical Manufacturing Technologies To Cultivate A Skilled Workforce And Mitigate Delivery Risks Effectively.
5. Gather And Analyze Specifications To Deliver Tailored Solutions To Client Organizations, Utilizing In-Depth Knowledge Of Manufacturing Domains And Relevant Technologies.
6. Review And Validate Project Deliverables To Ensure They Meet Established Criteria And Align With Both Client Expectations And Industry Best Practices.
7. Propose And Implement Client Value Creation Initiatives And Industry Best Practices Specific To Critical Manufacturing To Enhance Operational Efficiency And Customer Satisfaction.

Skill Requirements

1. Expert Proficiency In Critical Manufacturing Technologies And Methodologies.
2. Strong Understanding Of Product Development Life Cycles And Sustenance Delivery Practices.
3. Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills Within The Manufacturing Domain.
4. Proven Ability To Lead And Mentor Teams In A Technical Environment.
5. Familiarity With Current Trends And Innovations In Manufacturing Technologies.

Other Requirements

1. Relevant Certifications In Critical Manufacturing Technologies Are Optional But Valuable, Such As Certified Manufacturing Engineer (Cmfge) Or Lean Six Sigma Certification.
