Job Summary

As a Technical Specialist in Embedded OS, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering innovative product solutions and sustenance projects. Your expertise will guide the team in aligning with defined scopes and standards, ensuring the highest quality and compliance with client requirements. This position emphasizes leadership, technical acumen, and strategic foresight in adopting and implementing cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect And Design Embedded Operating System Solutions For Product And Sustenance Delivery Through The Team, Ensuring Alignment With Project Specifications And Quality Standards.
2. Serve As A Subject Matter Expert (Sme) On Embedded Os, Providing Technical Guidance And Solutions Throughout The Project Lifecycle.
3. Drive Continuous Knowledge Enhancement By Exploring And Integrating New Technologies, Ensuring That Solutions Remain Current And Meet Quality Benchmarks.
4. Mentor And Train Team Members In Embedded Os Methodologies And Best Practices, Ensuring A Well-Prepared Workforce And Mitigating Delivery Risks.
5. Analyze Client Specifications And Collaborate With Stakeholders To Deliver Tailored Solutions That Meet Their Technology And Domain Needs.
6. Conduct Thorough Reviews Of Project Deliverables, Ensuring Compliance With Industry Standards And Client Expectations.
7. Proactively Recommend And Implement Client Value Creation Initiatives, Incorporating Industry Best Practices Specific To Embedded Os.

Skill Requirements

1. Expert-Level Proficiency In Embedded Operating Systems, Demonstrating Advanced Technical Skills And Strategic Thinking.
2. Strong Knowledge Of Bare Metal Development, Device Drivers, And Ip Bring-Up Processes.
3. Proficiency In C And C++ Programming Languages, With The Ability To Develop And Optimize Embedded Software Solutions.
4. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Analyze Complex Requirements And Devise Effective Solutions.
5. Familiarity With Project Management Principles And Best Practices In Software Development.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
