Hybrid / Remote / Onsite (As per project requirement) Experience 5–10 Years Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Node.js & NestJS Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and APIs for enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Node.js, NestJS, Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, Cloud Platforms, and Database Technologies, with experience delivering high-performance and secure applications. The role involves collaborating with architects, product owners, frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders to build modern, cloud-native solutions. Key Responsibilities Application Development Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js and NestJS. Build reusable, modular, and maintainable components following best coding practices. Develop and consume RESTful APIs and event-driven services. Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms. Microservices & API Development Design and develop microservices-based applications. Create robust APIs for seamless integration with internal and external systems. Implement API versioning, documentation, and governance standards. Optimize APIs for performance and scalability. Database & Data Management Design and develop solutions using relational and NoSQL databases. Write efficient queries, stored procedures, and data access layers. Ensure data integrity, performance tuning, and optimization. Cloud & DevOps Deploy and manage applications in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments. Support containerization using Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes. Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline implementation. Participate in infrastructure automation and monitoring activities. Quality & Security Develop unit tests, integration tests, and automated testing solutions. Ensure application security, compliance, and coding standards. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with cross-functional teams during requirement gathering and solution design. Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making. Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practices. Support Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives. Required Skills Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with Node.js. Strong development experience in NestJS Framework. Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript. Key Responsibilities

1. Architect, Design, And Develop Solutions For Product And Sustenance Delivery Using React.Js, Ensuring The Implementation Of Best Practices And Coding Standards Across The Team.
2. Act As A Subject Matter Expert (Sme) In React.Js, Providing Guidance And Troubleshooting Support To Team Members On Complex Technical Challenges.
3. Ensure Continuous Knowledge Upgradation By Researching And Integrating New Technologies Into Project Workflows, Thereby Maintaining High-Quality Standards And Fulfilling Client Requirements.
4. Train And Mentor Team Members On React.Js Development, Fostering A Culture Of Learning And Ensuring A Sustainable Supply Of Skilled Resources To Mitigate Delivery Risks.
5. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Gather Specifications And Deliver Tailored Solutions Based On A Thorough Understanding Of Client Domains And Technology Needs.
6. Review Project Deliverables To Ensure They Meet Established Quality Standards And Project Specifications Before Delivery To The Client.
