Key Result Areas (KRA)
- Analyze recruitment-related requirements and build BTP-based solutions for hiring workflows
- Design and develop services using SAP BTP, CAP (Node.js/Java), and BTP workflow capabilities
- Provide BAU support including incident handling and issue triaging for recruitment applications
- Implement and support integrations with:
- SuccessFactors RCM and ONB
- External systems (e.g., background verification, vendor platforms)
- Enable automation for:
- Interview scheduling and notifications
- Offer letter processing and approvals
- Candidate lifecycle tracking and reminders
- Analyze logs and system behavior to identify root causes and ensure timely fixes
- Support testing, deployment, and release activities
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and audit compliance

- Manage integrations with:
- SuccessFactors RCM and ONB
- External systems (e.g., BGV vendors, document systems)
- Data sync platforms (e.g., Common DB for offer data)
- Ensure data accuracy related to:
- Offer details (CTC, joining date, approvals)
- Offer lifecycle tracking
- Support testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and release activities
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and ensure audit compliance

- Analyze and convert business demand requirements into BTP solutions with effort estimation and feasibility
- Design, develop, and enhance applications using SAP BTP, CAP (Node.js/Java), and BTP services

- Support integrations with SuccessFactors (RCM/ONB/EC), S/4HANA, and external systems using CPI/APIs
- Perform log analysis, root cause identification, and issue resolution coordination

- Ensure documentation, audit readiness, and compliance with BTP standards
