Job Summary

The Technical Lead – MSR/Advisor will drive the end‑to‑end technical architecture, modernization, and delivery of the MSR (Monthly Summary Report) platform and the Advisor ecosystem. The role involves leading full‑stack engineering (.NET, Node.js, React), designing secure and scalable Azure‑based solutions, integrating with enterprise systems, and enabling next‑generation capabilities including Azure OpenAI. The position requires strong technical depth, leadership capabilities, and experience working with complex business workflows such as RAG reporting, penalty dashboards, and Advisor integrations

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design 

  • Understand Architecture .NET Full‑Stack, Node.js, and React‑based solutions for MSR and Advisor modernization.
  • Define integration patterns for Advisor ↔ HCL systems including SAP, RAS, timecard, forecasting, and billing milestone workflows.

  • Establish data models, API standards, NFRs (performance, scalability, security), and observability frameworks.

Azure Platform & DevOps Ownership

  • Lead Azure application architecture: App Services, Functions, API Management, Key Vault, Event/Service Bus, App Insights/Monitor.
  • Build and govern CI/CD using Azure DevOps/GitHub, enforce branching, testing, and deployment policies.

AI Integration (Azure OpenAI)

  • Design and implement AI‑powered features (search, RAG, classification, summarization, automation) with strong governance, safety, and compliance policy alignment.

Data & Reporting

  • Own SQL Server schema design, optimization, and data integration workflows.
  • Support MSR reporting needs including penalty/credit dashboards and month‑end submissions.
    Compliance, Security & Governance
  • Ensure adherence to ARB guidelines, Privacy, R&C, DAST/SAST security reviews, and overall SDLC compliance.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead, mentor, and review the work of engineering teams across full‑stack, data, and integration areas.
  • Partner with DUH/Account Managers, product teams, and architecture boards to align delivery with MSR and Advisor business outcomes.

  • Manage risks, dependencies, and release cycles

Skill Requirements

Core Technical Skills

  • .NET Full Stack – C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, EF Core.
  • Node.js (TypeScript preferred) – REST services, event-driven patterns.
  • React.js – SPAs, hooks, state management.
  • SQL Server – schema design, performance tuning, stored procedures.
  • Python – automation, data processing, AI integration utilities.
  • Azure Platform – App Services, Functions, API Management, Key Vault, Storage, DevOps.
    Azure OpenAI – hands‑on implementation of RAG/LLM capabilities.

Integration & Enterprise Systems

  • Experience integrating with SAP, Oracle EBS, RAS, iTime/LMS, and financial/time/billing systems used by Advisor.

Other Requirements

10–14 years of engineering experience with 3+ years of technical leadership.Strong stakeholder communication, documentation, and presentation skills.Ability to lead cross-functional engagements spanning product, business, architecture, and integration teams.
 
Experience with large‑scale platform migrations, including Oracle → SAP and complex multi‑system data synchronization.
Understanding of governance frameworks (DAST/SAST, ARB, Privacy, R&C) and enterprise compliance expectations.

Preferred: Azure certifications (Architect/Developer), experience in enterprise PM/budgeting/forecasting tools.
