Technical Specialist - Java, Microservices, React.js

Job Summary

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of hands‑on experience in MERN Stack development.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux desirable)
    • Node.js & Express.js
    • MongoDB (schema design, aggregation pipelines, indexing)
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL (preferred), and microservices architecture.
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.).
  • Experience deploying applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Experience in performance tuning for high‑traffic applications.
  • Knowledge of authentication/authorization frameworks (OAuth, JWT).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Prior experience as a technical mentor, architect, or SME.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to lead discussions with senior stakeholders.
  • Team player with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
