Technical Specialist - Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB

Job Summary

The Technical Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining Java applications using Spring Boot framework and MongoDB database. The primary objective of the role is to ensure the seamless performance and reliability of the applications in a high availability environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Designing, coding, and testing high-quality, scalable, and secure java applications.
2. Developing restful apis using spring boot to interact with mongodb database.
3. Troubleshooting and debugging application issues to ensure optimal performance.
4. Collaborating with cross functional teams to integrate user facing elements with server side logic.
5. Implementing best practices in software development and ensuring code quality.
6. Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in java programming language for developing robust and efficient applications.
2. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the spring boot framework for building microservices.
3. Familiarity with mongodb or other nosql databases for data storage and retrieval.
4. Strong understanding of restful web services and api development.
5. Experience with agile methodologies and ci/cd pipelines.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
7. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in Java, Spring Boot, or MongoDB are a plus.
